We started Applestone Solutions after running a vending-based butcher shop. We saw a need for -- and went out and built! -- a sophisticated system for vending perishable, artisanal products. We still provide the most sophisticated software for refrigerated machines that keep foods fresh, monitor expiration dates, and even handle weighed-out, variably priced items.
